A year before his encounter with Nightmares and initiation into the Templar, David was a member of the Peace Keepers (an elite military organization specializing in riot and rebellion control). He quit however, sick of feeling that what he was doing was only increasing animosity between the U.S. government and its people.
David recently joined the Templar in order to cover his hospitalized mother's medical expenses. He was stationed under Fall Boxer, who was a friend of his in childhood. Unfortunately Fall has no recollection of him and tension between the two has been on the rise. It doesn't help that David's father, Kenta Shizukana, was one of the men in charge of UniCorp's Portal experiment. David is a laid back guy unless provoked. He knows how to use several firearms, being one of the best shots in the Templar and preferring automatics. He's also trained in some martial arts and swordplay. |
