Always seen in association with Greed or the Void, these masked
scientists haunt Fall's dreams.  Exactly who/ what they are and what
their function is remains a mystery, but their connection to past and
current situations is obvious.
In Fall's dreams they are seen operating the Portal or other
technology, and at one point were slaughtered along with their leader
at the hands of Fall, but would appear again in later nightmares.
