Miyan switches between acting cute and staying quite, but she's actually very crafty ice demon, playing with fate to benefit her as best she can. It was Miyan who convinced Timmy to join the original rebellion against Heaven. It was Miyan evaded banishment to Hell and got the Hound a following, and it was Miyan who ultimately betrayed the Hound for her own freedom.
What the girl has been doing for the past several thousand years (though time across realities can not be truly measured) is a mystery, as well as her reappearance and goals on Earth. If Miyan is anything like she was in biblical times, then she represents a serious threat to the Templar and to Tim. In her monstrous form, Miyan is a massive blue cobra. She has the typical demonic powers of Blood magic and regeneration, as well as water and ice control.
